You are about to book a consultation with Dr. Beraha using WhatsApp on your smart mobile telephone. Please note: WhatsApp for desktop computers and tablets does not have Video and Voice Chat, so these devices cannot be used. After you have booked your preferred date and time for your consultation, please make sure the telephone number you wish to be contact on is correctly typed into the appropriate section of the information form. Make sure you are familiar with WhatsApp before your appointment as Helix Healthcare does not offer technical support for this application. Cancellation Policy

If a telemedicine consultation is missed, cancelled, or changed giving less than 24 hours notice and the slot remains unfilled, a full consultation fee may be charged at the discretion of Helix Healthcare.
