Service Description

You are about to book a consultation with Mr. Anthony using Skype on your smart mobile telephone, desktop computer or tablet. After you have booked your preferred date and time for your consultation, please make sure your Skype name is correctly typed into the appropriate section of the information form. To find your Skype name in the application, click the more (three dots) button next to your name, select Settings, and see Skype Name. Make sure you are familiar with Skype before your appointment as Helix Healthcare does not offer technical support for this application. Cancellation Policy

If a telemedicine consultation is missed, cancelled, or changed giving less than 24 hours notice and the slot remains unfilled, a full consultation fee may be charged at the discretion of Helix Healthcare.
